The PSE250-600-70-1 softstarter has a rated maximum operating current of 250 A with an operating voltage span of 208...600 V AC. The rated control voltage is from 100...250 V AC at 50/60 Hz. PSE has two-phase control with soft start and stop by voltage or torque ramp. Features built-in bypass for easy installation and energy savings. RUN, TOR and Event signal is available from relay output in NO state (normally open state). PSE has features such as current limit, kickstart, analog output, EOL, underload and locked Rotor Protection. To interact with the PSE, it has a backlit display that uses symbols to become language-neutral. Optionally, an identical IP66-rated external keypad can be added. There are three ways to communicate with the PSE. This can be done through the Start / Stop hardwire inputs or through the Error Reset. Another popular option is built-in Modbus RTU fieldbus communication. You can also use an external adapter and fieldbus plug-in. PSE is a true general purpose softstarter. It's the perfect balance between high initial performance and cost effectiveness. Very suitable for small and medium-sized three-phase motors with nominal currents from 18...370 A. typical applications include, for example, pumps, fans, compressors and conveyors.
